Hemispheric Analysis: Raman notes: "All planets are located above the horizon and all of them are in the west." Above horizon = public life prominence (not private). Asura Yoga vs. Other 8th House Combinations:

Mars-Saturn Conjunction: Destructive Warfare

Mars (Lagna lord) + Saturn (3rd lord) in 7th house with Moon—this is the KEY affliction explaining Mussolini's methods.

If Mars were alone, he would probably have been one of the greatest conquerors, but Saturn has sapped up all the vitality so that he brought ruin not only to himself but to his mother country also... Moon with Mars-Saturn: "The Moon representing the mind is with Saturn and Mars which denotes loss of temper on the slightest provocation." Remarks: Sinister Mars-Saturn Combinations

Lagna lord Mars, 10th lord Sun and the 9th or house of fortune are all afflicted considerably clearly indicating fall from power and proving the dictum that mutual afflictions between Saturn and Mars involving the 9th or 10th are always of sinister significance.
